I’ve been keeping an app in my iTouch for awhile now even though I couldn’t open it for months. I only did it because I used the app as my personal journal with my deep thoughts, etc. Fine. Its got a few personal secrets.
You’re probably wondering where I’m driving at. Just moments ago I deleted the app only to think that I could recover EVERYTHING from it when I re-installed it again. Lo and behold, nothing was recovered.Everything gone. Done. Erased.
Some people in that position might think (or say), “Oh no! I lost everything!” A couple of months ago, I would’ve said that. But right now, at this particular moment, I don’t feel any of that. I don’t particularly feel elated but I do feel like I was given a new start. A fresh new start. That’s good enough for me.
(Man, I can’t stop myself from writing when it comes to my feelings. Oh well! Just so you know, it feels good being back on the keyboard.)

P.S. — By the way, I do recommend that app: AWESOME NOTE.
I know I haven’t blogged lately like A LOT. I’m sort of busy doing things like this and that and going to places here and there. Please be patient and give me time. I need time. I owe you guys a couple of blogs. Promise I’ll do them as soon as I finish a few things.
Hope you guys understand! I might even share a few of the things that I’ve been doing.

(Warning: What you are about to read might be a tad bit too cheesy & dramatic. Haha!
)
I was about to take a bath when I passed by my parents’ room yesterday. What I usually do is I stop & look at what they’re watching. It was Papa “watching” (he fell asleep haha) that time and the television was on the Balls channel. I stared for awhile but most of the time I wouldn’t if it was on channels like that. (No offense to avid viewers.)
It was sort of a documentary slash interview that time. I don’t know why but I thought it was good enough for me to stick around. Eventually, the story built and I got the flow of it.
Urijah Faber is a mixed martial artist who fights at the Ultimate Fighting Championship, better known as the UFC, and at November 2011 his sister got into a fatal car accident. Honestly, I didn’t even know who Urijah was until I saw that show (whatever it was). Afterwards, I just read & read and searched & searched about the accident and the siblings.
His sister Michaella Tastad, then 19, had a severe head trauma, collapsed lung and even more injuries. It was a very low time for their family but they stayed positive. Months of hardwork and a year later Michaella is back to her feet!
Now, why am I blogging about this 2-year old issue? It’s because of the brotherly love of Urijah to his sister. I think that’s what drew me to watch that segment of the show. They were so close that he wanted to make each step of recovery better for his sister. When his sister decided to shave her head, he even tagged along and shaved his head too.
I really felt how he was willing to give everything he can for his sibling. I do have a younger brother. Days ago we had a fight and a confrontation came afterwards. Just like Urijah, I also want to make my brother feel better and safe and I did tell him that. I told him that even when I was younger the only thing I wanted to do was to protect him and that I never want to cause him any pain.
If you had a sibling or more, what are you willing to do for them?
